I'm a nonbinary (they / she pronouns please) multitalented freelance artist from Chicago, also known as "💜eternenty💜" (or my legal name "kevin bachman", usually when I'm in the credits of things. my name is in all lowercase) on some personal platforms and websites.

I'm mainly a bass guitarist (although I know how to play a few other instruments), a photographer who aims in capturing gloomy and hazy atmospheres, and an independent writer on occasion.

outside of that, I try and keep around in indie artist communities. even if I'm not the most social (I'm actually quite reclusive), if you look close, I'll probably be hanging out somewhere. whether that's discord servers for artists I like/projects I'm part of, hanging at local chicago shows or bars, or with my friends; I'm usually lurking there or talking at some point or another.

I've been part of many writing and music projects over the years, including bands such as Bullet Proof (2016 / 18), Little Bird Feet (2018 / current), HARPY (2026), and my current solo project 💜birbohex💜. I've been playing undergound live shows in the dead of night since 2016 to 2018 in basements, backyards and highschool parties, constantly evolving my sound and style and progressively becoming more and more of a bummer to them.

mostly focusing on my solo music now, I create atmospheric gloom, post-punk and post-rock. I'm currently writing a solo debt lp currently called "floating", releasing when I finally have the guts for once to release it. I also run a crowdfunding based record label by the name of birdhouse home recordings, releasing short runs of tapes, cds, and records of music by artists I like. you can find the link to it below.
